These Terms govern your use of ScrySpire (“the app”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
The service
ScrySpire helps Magic: The Gathering playgroups log Commander games, track pod stats, decks, and achievements. The app is provided “as is” during its beta and early releases. Features may change.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Your content & conduct

You own the content you submit (display names, deck lists, thread posts). You grant us a licence to store and display it as needed to run the app for you and your pod.

Do not harass others, post illegal content, or attempt to break pod privacy or access rules.

Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.
Pods & shared data
Pod stats and games are shared with pod members by design. Leaving a pod or deleting your account removes your future access; some historical pod data may remain visible to other members without your name attached (see Privacy Policy).
Fan content — Magic: The Gathering
ScrySpire is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. Card data and images are provided via Scryfall and remain subject to their terms.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Session. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service. Pod creators with other members must remove members before deleting their account.
Disclaimer
The app is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free stats, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Safari is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use means acceptance.
